GTA Online has no crossplay across PlayStation, Xbox and PC; the only shared play is between PC storefronts.
No cross-platform play between console families or between console and PC

GTA Online has never supported crossplay across platform families. PlayStation players can only match with other PlayStation players, Xbox with Xbox, and console players cannot join PC lobbies. The single exception is on PC, where Steam, Rockstar Games Launcher and Epic Games Store users all share the same servers. There is limited cross-generation play within a family: PS5 and PS4 players can meet if the PS5 user runs the PS4 version, and Series X|S and Xbox One work the same way, but launching the native next-gen 'Enhanced' edition separates you into its own pool. Cross-progression is also restricted: you could do a one-time character migration from PS4/Xbox One to the PS5/Series X|S Enhanced edition, but progress does not sync afterward and characters can never move between console families or to PC. Rockstar has not announced any plans to add crossplay to GTA V or GTA Online.
