Palworld is moderately demanding but not extreme, and the standout figure is memory: even the minimum spec asks for 16 GB of RAM (the recommended tier wants 32 GB), which is unusually high and reflects the game's large streamed world and heavy base/automation simulation. On the GPU side the bar is friendlier – the minimum is only a GeForce GTX 1050 (2 GB), so older mid-range cards can run it at lower settings, while the recommended RTX 2070 targets smooth 1080p. CPU expectations span a wide gap, from a 2012-era i5-3570K minimum to an 8-core i9-9900K recommended; big bases with many working Pals are CPU- and RAM-heavy, so a modern multi-core chip and 32 GB help most when your settlement scales up. An SSD is listed as required. Because it is built in Unreal Engine, performance can be uneven and benefits from lowering shadows/foliage and using upscaling on weaker GPUs. The game runs on Steam Deck and handheld PCs, though it is not officially Steam Deck Verified-guaranteed and typically needs settings tuning for a stable frame rate.
