How to pre-order GTA 6 from Brazil

GTA 6 launches on November 19, 2026 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, with pre-orders open since June 25, 2026. Buying from Brazil is straightforward because the game is sold at the local Brazilian price — you don't need to change regions. The main things to get right are your account country and picking the payment method that suits you, from Pix to installments.

Which store to use

Use the store tied to your console: the Brazilian PlayStation Store (store.playstation.com/pt-br) for PS5, or the Microsoft/Xbox Store for Xbox Series X|S. Both sell GTA 6 at the Brazilian price, so keep your account country set to Brazil and buy normally — a wallet balance is locked to the region it was added in, so the account region has to match.

How to pay from Brazil

The Brazilian stores support the payment methods locals actually use: Pix (instant), boleto bancário, and credit card — and credit-card purchases can often be split into up to 6 interest-free installments (more installments may add interest). If you'd rather not put a card on the account, buy a Brazilian PSN gift card as a digital code from authorised sellers such as Nuuvem, Americanas, Amazon or KaBuM, pay for it with Pix or boleto, and redeem the code to top up your wallet.

Brazilian (BRL) PSN gift cards are region-locked — they only work on an account set to Brazil, and won't work on US, EU, Japan or Argentina accounts. Buy only from official or authorised retailers; the codes don't expire, and neither does the wallet balance once redeemed.

Standard vs Ultimate, and what you get

The Standard edition is listed at R$449,90; the Ultimate edition costs more and adds premium in-game content but no early access — everyone unlocks together on November 19. Honest note: because GTA 6 is priced at Brazil's regional rate already, switching your account to a cheaper country generally won't save meaningful money on a day-one release — unlike subscriptions — and it breaks store terms. Buying on the Brazilian store is the clean route.

Don't forget preload

Digital preload begins November 12, 2026, a week before launch. Pre-order and download early and the game is playable the instant the countdown ends (around 2:00 AM on November 19 in Brasília time, based on the reported 05:00 UTC global unlock) — no launch-day download. The physical edition is a code-in-box and still needs a download.
