Is God of War cross-platform?
God of War (2018) is a single-player-only game with no multiplayer or co-op, so cross-platform play does not apply.
No cross-platform play

There is no crossplay in God of War because there is nothing to play across platforms: the game is a purely single-player narrative adventure with no online modes, co-op, or competitive multiplayer of any kind. The only cross-platform consideration is your save data, and progress does not transfer automatically between console and PC. The PC version is a self-contained release tied to your Steam or Epic account, while console saves live on your PlayStation account, so moving from PS4/PS5 to PC (or vice versa) means starting a new game rather than continuing an existing one. PS5 players run the game through backward compatibility, and a free February 2021 patch (1.35) unlocked a 60 fps mode at a checkerboard 4K resolution on that hardware.
