Is Cyberpunk 2077 on Game Pass or PS Plus?
As of July 2026, the base game is broadly available on subscriptions: Xbox Game Pass Ultimate/Premium (console and cloud, not PC Game Pass) and PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium. It is not on EA Play. The Phantom Liberty expansion is not included in any subscription and must be bought separately.

Cyberpunk 2077 has a rotation history worth flagging. On PlayStation it joined the PS Plus Extra/Premium Game Catalog in July 2025 and, as of July 2026, remains available - though after roughly a year in the catalog it is a candidate to rotate out, so its Sony status is not guaranteed long term. On Xbox it took much longer to arrive: CD Projekt Red and Microsoft brought the base game to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Premium on March 10, 2026, for console and cloud only. Notably, it did not launch on PC Game Pass, and as of July 2026 it is still in the Game Pass catalog (it was not among the titles Microsoft confirmed leaving in July 2026).
Because subscription catalogs rotate on and off, treat all of this as accurate only as of July 2026 and re-check before relying on it - Game Pass and PS Plus both publish monthly 'leaving soon'/'Last Chance to Play' lists, and a title in a catalog for around a year (as this one has been on PS Plus) can be pulled at short notice. One consistent caveat across every service: only the base game is included.
