Black Myth: Wukong is a genuinely demanding, showcase-grade Unreal Engine 5 title, and the published minimum/recommended tiers both assume upscaling (DLSS/FSR/XeSS) is enabled and ray tracing is off. Minimum (GTX 1060 / RX 580, i5-8400) targets roughly 1080p low, while recommended (RTX 2060 / RX 5700 XT / Arc A750, i7-9700) aims for around 1080p medium - notably these are upscaled 1080p targets, not native. Pushing higher resolutions, high/cinematic settings, or full ray tracing needs substantially more GPU muscle (an RTX 4070/4080-class card for comfortable 1440p/4K RT). 16 GB of RAM and an SSD are effectively mandatory for a smooth experience. The developers shipped a separate Benchmark Tool so players can gauge performance before buying. Expect to lean on upscaling on all but high-end rigs.
