There is no multiplayer of any kind in The Last of Us Part I—no co-op, no versus, no online—so cross-platform play does not apply. Notably, the 2013 original and its PS4 remaster shipped with a popular online mode called Factions, but that mode was deliberately left out of this remake; Naughty Dog instead worked on a separate standalone multiplayer project (later scaled back). Because the game is single-player, the only real cross-platform question is about saves rather than sessions, and progress does not sync between the PS5 and PC versions—switching platforms means starting a new playthrough.
